When you contact us, join the Sauce Club waitlist, or become a club member, we collect what those things require and nothing more: your name, phone number, email address, membership status, pickup history, and any feedback or photos you choose to submit. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Sauce Club members and waitlist subscribers who opt in receive recurring text messages from Wills Flavor Lab about the club: new-batch pickup announcements and occasional pickup-deadline reminders. Message frequency: approximately 1–2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to send you the messages you signed up for.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email saucy@willsflavorlab.com.
To run the club and answer your messages — that's it. We text you about batches you've paid for, keep track of pickups, and read your feedback. Photos you submit are used promotionally only if you check the consent box when submitting them.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — including your phone number — with anyone for their marketing. No exceptions, no "partners," no mailing-list swaps.
Stripe (payments and subscription management), Google Firebase (secure data storage and hosting), and Twilio (message delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job for you, under its own privacy policy.
Opt out of texts any time (reply STOP). Cancel membership any time via the Stripe customer portal. To have your data deleted, email saucy@willsflavorlab.com and we'll remove it.
