By checking the terms box at checkout and providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Wills Flavor Lab about your Sauce Club membership — typically one text per month announcing that a new sauce is ready for pickup, plus an occasional pickup-deadline reminder (about 1–2 messages per month total).
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is a condition of club membership because texting is how the club works — it's how you find out your sauce exists. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (though you may then miss drop announcements); reply HELP for help, or email saucy@willsflavorlab.com.
The Sauce Club is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe on your join date. Each paid month entitles you to one (1) bottle of that period's small-batch sauce. Batches drop roughly monthly — small-batch cooking means sometimes week 3, sometimes week 5. Your founding price stays yours for as long as your membership is continuously active; if pricing ever changes for existing members, we'll text you first.
Bottles are picked up in person at Punch Buggy Brewing, 1445 N American St, Philadelphia, PA, any Thursday 4–11 PM. You have 4 weeks from a batch's drop announcement to collect your bottle. Unclaimed bottles are forfeit after that — no refunds or roll-overs for missed batches (the sauce will be eaten. Respectfully.)
Cancel anytime, no questions, through the Stripe customer portal — sign in with your checkout email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep that month's sauce rights. Every club text also includes this link.
The short version: we store only what the club needs, Stripe handles all payment data, and no mobile information is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our sauces are small-batch refrigerated products. Keep refrigerated; best within 6 months. Check the label for ingredients (jalapeño, apples, lime, cinnamon, vinegar, brown sugar in our signature — new batches vary and are always labeled).
